Cups arrived scratched...

2 out of 5 cups arrived scratched. Sent email straight away and they were quick to respond at first. They wanted photos and said they would send a replacement set out. I sent the photos and they suggested I wash them as the marks are just from sitting in the box... I sent clearer photos back of the 2 worst scratched cups and I'm yet get a reply... Great service!
